The Satellite Network combines technology innovation with education know-how. It brings creative technology best practices to communities in locally relevant ways, through partnerships, teacher professional development, pre-service teacher training and graduate education programs.

Outreach teams at colleges of education (Marshall, West Liberty, Carlow and West Virginia Universities) locally adapt, pilot and share CREATE Lab projects. ASSET STEM Education amplifies the impact of satellites, through professional development to an ever-broadening set of locations. Penn State New Kensington coordinates a regional collaborative of school districts around a shared tech fluency vision.
